I always wanted to be a writer. For a long time, I stopped believing I was allowed to be one.

If It Had Ever Been Enough was my first book, and it's deeply personal. Writing it has been one of the most vulnerable things I've ever done.

I'm currently working on Before It Meant Anything, a story about how easy it is to get someone wrong, even when you've known them forever.

I write about what we survive, the choices we justify, and the people we become because of it.
