@CassandraofTroyy - Hey author, I just finished reading your story CIRCUS and wow, you absolutely did not disappoint. First of all, the cover is incredibly unique. I have genuinely never seen anything like it before, and it immediately pulled me in. I also love how you integrated Greek mythology into the story, especially the way you connected it to your female OC. That kind of storytelling always fascinates me. There is something so captivating about weaving ancient mythology into a modern narrative and creating meaningful parallels between mythological figures and original characters. It makes me think about how stories evolve across time and how fragments of the past continue to shape new narratives. To be honest, when I first came across your story, the Greek mythology aspect immediately caught my attention. I had never really heard much about Cassandra of Troy before, even though mythology has always fascinated me. Most of what I have encountered tends to focus on Hades and Persephone, and I have seen so many different interpretations of their story. It always makes me wonder which version, if any, holds the most truth, or if these myths reflect something deeper about human nature rather than literal history. Maybe they existed in some form, or maybe they are echoes of ideas we were never meant to fully understand. I really love the character aesthetics you created for Thomas Shelby and Cassandra Hasen. They fit their personalities and habits so well, and honestly, these might be some of the best aesthetics I have come across. Also, the last name "Hasen" feels so unique to me, so props to you for that.

@Swift_mystique To be honest, I don’t think I would go beyond season 2. For the simple and good reason that I’m afraid of ending up a bit bored, I would say? What I like to write are encounters, the development of relationships, etc... so something tells me that if I keep writing for other seasons, it will seem repetitive to me, as if everything had been taken for granted, and this will show in my writing, I think. And, I have other fanfic ideas in mind with other series that I can’t wait to write, especially on the 100! I apologize for the novel I just wrote to you, but since you took the time to give me an incredible feedback, I wanted to return the favor! Once again, a huge thank you for your involvement in CIRCUS and I sincerely hope that the next chapters will please you!

@Swift_mystique The fact that you say you always learn something new when you read my story touches me a lot because it’s also something I love in a book and that I try to reproduce! In terms of philosophy, it’s like Greek mythology. I can’t write a Greek character and not talk about philosophy. I think it would be a shame. Especially since Cassandra has this desire to always be morally good, even though she can’t do it every time. I love philosophy, I think it shows haha! I’m glad that you like the chemistry between Thomas and Cassie because it’s what takes me the most concentration. This is the first time I’ve written a fanfiction and I try with all my heart to make Thomas look like the one from the series. It’s not always easy... As for Cassandra, I didn’t want a female character who was afraid of Thomas, but I also didn’t want a completely carefree character who didn’t realize the danger he represented. I try to create this balance constantly. Thomas and Cassandra both have a difficult past, which I would later expand on, wink wink wink. That’s why I didn’t see Tommy or Cassie falling in love at first sight, it’s something I don’t really like.Tommy is so complex, you never really know what’s going on in his head. That’s why I wanted to create a kind of emotional connection I would say, before entering the truly romantic phase. Regarding Alfie, I read so many fanfics where the female character worked as a spy instead of or with Grace. She was a bartender or she knew Tommy before the war. I wanted to offer something different. And like you, I love the character of Alfie so I thought: "Why not?". And, it adds an interesting dynamic to the relationship between Cassie and Tommy I think!

@Swift_mystique Hi! How are you? I’m going to start by thanking you for all your votes and your feedback, which really warms my heart, you have no idea! Seeing that someone is so involved in the story really makes me happy, so thank you! I’ll try to answer in order haha Since Cassie’s character is strongly inspired by a mythological character, it was, for me, logical that mythology should be omnipresent in the story. Beyond the fact, as you said, that Greek mythology could be real, as an explanation of the world etc..., I have always found it fascinating that at that time millions of people shared these myths and assimilated them as a line of conduct. I think what makes this mythology striking is that all the characters are deeply human, which allows us to identify ourselves. Unlike monotheistic religions, where God is fundamentally good and perfect, the Greek gods have human, passionate, negative feelings. In a way, they are chaotic which makes them even more interesting! Mythological myths often contain a moral and a much deeper message about humanity than just the epic tale of a hero. It's for this reason that the Greek philosophers were inclined to use them to illustrate their arguments. Socrates often used them as, for example, the myth of the Danaides to condemn a life of hedonist. I didn’t really explain it when I mentioned it, by the way...
