@MyrandaWorrell14 ok. Got it. A pfa sounds like a form of no contact order. Here, those are automatic by state law. Did you make contact with the DA and/or victim assistant?

@MyrandaWorrell14 sorry I've taken so long to respond. I've had some issues happening. The DA said he wanted some evidence such as the text messages in but he seemed to be a bit... cautious and kept saying I have mostly words of what he's (the aggressor) said and since it's been about a year now
