Guys let me be your reminder to drink water! I had my workout today and I feel horrible. Like my legs felt like every step I ran was one step closer to my legs giving out and I had a pretty sick headache to the point where I could hardly keep my eyes open so please drink water guys save urselves (ps. So guys today I was doing my workout and on my cool down there was this cat (dw she wasn’t homeless there’s a neighborhood and houses lining the trail and she had a collar) and my twin and I stopped to pet her and she was so sweet and soft.
