Dani Bellamontaine is a Canadian author known for her emotionally complex, sharply written romances and contemporary fiction for young adults and mature adults. She wrote through college for decades and finally decided to share. 

Born and raised in the coastal city of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Dani grew up with a deep love for storytelling, fueled by long winters, endless libraries, and a fascination with the intricacies of the human mind. 

Dani holds a Ph.D. in Psychology, with her research focusing on trauma, attachment, and human resilience. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Pathology, a field that sharpened her keen attention to detail and inspired many of the layered, introspective characters that populate her novels. Her academic background gives her stories a rich psychological depth, exploring themes of healing, identity, and the often fragile beauty of connection.

Her writing is characterized by heartfelt prose, vulnerable heroes, razor-sharp banter, and an unflinching look at emotional growth. She weaves slow-burn tension, raw intimacy, and tenderly fierce love stories that resonate long after the last page.
