Former dabbler in the Wattpad universe, now returning with what I'd like to think are improved writing skills, haha. A new pseudonym, a new look, a new style, but still just Charlie.

A bit about myself:

I used to write (and read) mainly mystery novels, but about two years ago I fell into the romantasy hype, like many other readers among us, and subsequently fell in love. A little SJM (especially Crescent City, oh my gosh), some Rebecca Yarros, a smidge of Leigh Bardugo, a drop of Carissa Broadbent, it all fueled me to take a stab at writing fantasy myself. (Oh, please talk to me about these authors, I love a good book discussion!)

The love of writing gripped me when I was twelve, never let go, and I've been disappearing in the fictional ever since. Unfortunately I do take part in some adulting as well, gotta pay the bills somehow. I have a little black kitty at home, to add to the illusion of secretly being a witch. Unfortunately the little devil only gives me headaches instead of magic, haha 😅

I love drinking coffee even though caffeine does nothing for me, slowly losing all sensation in my behind while lounging on the couch and streaming TV shows, collecting books for the pretty covers (sorry not sorry 🙈), filling my house with way too many trinkets I don't need and driving around in my tiny Toyota while singing along to Sabrina Carpenter like a mad woman.
