After years of aspiring to complete a book, I finally reached my goal in 2023! Technically a novella, Fallen clocks in at 48k words ending just under that sweet 50k word goal for novel status. That being said, I am more than thrilled to have a completed original works.

This year I participated in the ONC and the Ambys, as well as a plethora of smaller contests and have gotten Fallen onto page lists for @Romance and @WattpadAfterDark. I've also connected with some great authors and even co-written a couple short stories. All-in-all, 2024 has been very rewarding. 

With my second daughter's arrival this summer, I've had to adjust and though I won't reach my goal of completing a novel this year, I'm pleasantly surprised with my ability to stay involved.

You all as a community rock- I'm actually annoyed with myself for not getting involved on here sooner. I look forward to connecting with more awesome readers and writers. I'm not a social person but I love getting and giving constructive criticism and honest feedback.
