You can find this by scrolling all the way down on the site and clicking 'Questions?'. If you can't find the answer you're looking for, you can always ask a question or submit a request.
Now if you want to try and get your story out there, or you're just bored one day and don't mind having people throw stories at you, the 'Share Your Story' club is the best place to go. You can find this by going under the Clubs tab, and you might want to check some of the other clubs while you're at it. SYS is well known for its 'Read for Reads', so be sure that if you plan on posting your story in someone's thread you check for that first. Never advertise on someone else's story, and be sure you're polite! Do unto others as the saying goes.
That's pretty much the basics. It might seem like a lot at first, but as you surf around you'll pick up on it quickly. Heck, you probably figured out most of it already and I'm just sounding repetitive. Still, you'd be surprised how many people I see get lost so easily, so I just wanted to make sure you were going in the right direction!
My last bit of advice is to have fun and make the best of it. Not everyone is nice, but don't take it too harshly and shut everyone away. You'll actually learn plenty of things you might not have been aware of if you open your mind to the possibilities.
