I've nearly had this account for ten years, and my FT book is reaching it's 10th anniversary... and we need to update the Dr. Stone fic............
          	
          	But both our dead Dr. Stone hyperfixation and the AO3 curse is giving me a lack of time and energy to even write anything--IT'S FRUSTRATING!!!

          	BUT I'M LETTING YOU ALL KNOW THAT I AM NOT GONNA DELETE THE Dr. Stone FIC OR ANYTHING!! It'll just chill there until we decide to update it.

Writing while grieving the loss of a loved one is very hard, but I suppose it helps in a way to get sad feelings out instead of depressing them inside. Remember to always express yourself rather than depress yourself, whether it's with another person or in writing.

@Yaralissa Hi  Yaralissa, unfortunately, I won't be taking it off hiatus yet because I have recently lost someone important in my life, but I will continue to write it in their honor. You may or may not see an update sometime within the next couple of months, but for the record, it is not discontinued. <3

Hey guys! Little update: I've been thinking of coming back next month! 
          
          Been trying to get back into writing at a steady-ish pace, though I've been practicing and writing different things* for Dr. Stone and other fandoms that have nothing to do with the story. All to get my fire and determination back!!
          
           Hopefully, I'll be able to be back in action by then!!

I just found your Dr. Stone story and I'm in love with it. I can't wait for more to be posted, and with the new season out now, so much could happen. I'm thinking about starting my own, and I was wondering if you have any pointers?

@ProvenQueen Now to make sure it actually flows together...I think of it as an episode in my head. It's really weird, but I use that to help me with pacing

            To start off, what I did first was write all the scenes I wanted to write first in one giant draft, that being all the romantic scenes or fight scene. I usually save these scenes until I find a good place to put them.
            
            I also make sure that I keep the characters "in-character" including the main character. I make sure to think if what they say or do is something that they'd actually say or do.

So so sorry for not updating for a while, guys! As much as I love escaping reality by writing fanfiction and watching anime, reality unfortunately punched me in the guts super hard and I am half dead.
          
          I am NOT DROPPING "Perfectly Balanced" because I seriously want to finish it, but my current situation won't let me. SO I have decided to put it on a hiatus until my situation gets better! 
          
          I repeat, I AM NOT DROPPING my Dr. Stone fic. I am just putting it on hiatus.
