As far as getting your story out there make a super awesome color on a collage website or ask someone to make you a cover. 
          
          Then I would advise you to go look up stories like yours on Wattpad and follow the people who comment on those stories usually follow people with less followers (it's best if it's under 100 followers) because that way there more likely to agree to read your story.
          
          And instead of using all caps just ask regularly and ask for "feedback constructive and positive" people are more open when they realize you actually want help and not just votes.
          
          i'll give you a shout out and tell others to read your stories.
          
          Most importantly if you want More readers you can't stop updating because people aren't voting write for yourself not for others not for votes not for reads if you enjoy writing then it doesn't matter :3 
          
          But to improve your writing because even though you are talented everyone could always get better me included! 
          
          First off I would suggest making the chapters a little longer and a bit more descriptive a descriptive paragraph even just one goes a long way and it helps the readers to imagine the situation at hand.
