Hi! I'm an author from upstate NY. I've been creative writing since the age of thirteen, starting off with fanfics and similar things, but later branching out into non-fic and romance/fantasy novellas in my adult years. I still struggle with writing full size novels, so novellas are my best bet for now.

More about me, I'm 38 years old, but I'm a total child at heart. I have two teenage children who both refer to me as the "cool mom". We game together, we share our stories with each other, they show me their art. We are a creative bunch!

As for other things I do, I create music as well, under the name Light Mari (but used to be LightningSFM), though I'm not great at it. I take from several different genres, but it never quite sounds "radio ready", so honestly, my main focus is my writing, while music is just for me to jam to. I also make art, but not traditionally. I make screenshot edits from video games and occasionally edit photographs. I can't draw a straight line to save my life, so traditional art is out of the question haha.

I have been recognized for both my writing and my edits, but never for my music, really. So, my social media bios say I'm "award recognized" in writing and art, due to winning contests with my respective submissions.
