I found it finally!!!

I’m looking for a story that I lost it is about a high school student named Kayla Scott falling for a man who is 23 or so named Ty Pearce. At the time she is dating the cheater but ends up dumping him when she catching her best friend having sex with him. The guy stalks her but that is soon taken care of after an encounter in her hospital bed. Ty is a cop who is also her neighbor he becomes a really successful police officer and she becomes an amazing lawyer. I think it is called “hello neighbor” but I can’t find it.
