@LeslieThroneberry also. If you pull up story,  tap screen. Title will come up, beside that is Aa touch that and it will let you do settings. If go under more, you can change scrolling to paging. I like paging better. It will also save your spot if you have to leave and return later. I hope you enjoy some of my work. 
            Within the story you can touch screen and it will let you add comments as well as at bottom, you can vote if you wish on the star.
