I have wanted to be an author since I was eight, and I started my first book when I was nine. I finished it when I was ten, and I was extremely proud of it (Even though it sucked). It was called Abandoned and Me (Sounds like an eight-year-old thought of that, right?) My school let me put it in a book sale we were having, and some of my friends actually bought it. Now you think there is going to be an happy ending, my friends go off and spread the word and Abandoned and Me gets famous, or something like that, right? Wrong. My friends all hated it (Some of them were too nice to say so, but I know they hated it, too), the publisher declined me by politely saying that it wasn't long enough, and the only people who spread the word about it were some of my nana's friends. (Woohoo, happy ending!) But, there may yet be a chance (As unlikely as it is), for I have found Wattpad!
