My love for Augustus Waters can be seen as very unhealthy considering he is dead and a fictional character, but the wonders of having a mind that is partially unstable due to being sleep deprived does that to one.... and coffee.
Poetry with some Joan Jett and Guns and Roses in the middle of the night is the most uplifting feeling but fair warning .... neighbours dont tend to like it!
Music and literature help me relax when all else fails and I write but only for my eyes to see.
