My goal is to speak #TheUglyTruth about mental health that affects so many on a daily basis. With out the stigma, not what you see on TV and not sugar coating it like movies. This is something so many of us deal with on a daily basis behind closed doors. My goal is to use my words to shed light on things being brushed under the rug.
