Yesterday I got to fence with some higher level people (they were around 50-60) and there was this dad who I recognized from a tournament and he was very sweet and careful with me and taught me how to improve and all. One of the sweetest matches ever (and longest, 25ish minutes, sometimes they don’t even last 3)
Shoutout to all the girl dads who like teaching girls like how they teach boys (rare to find for some reason)
