Hello reader.  I hope this finds you well.  My name is Amanda Marcus and I am currently a college student.  I am majoring in Asian Studies and Anthropology with minors in philosophy and religious studies.  While most of my time is spent buried under textbooks, class assignments, and research materials for my next presentation (the date of that next conference looks like it's getting very close and I only have 10 pages of research written up...), I love to read and occasionally try my hand at writing some fiction.

I tend to lose myself in romance and fantasy, but my favorite genre is psychological horror.  I'm not all that opposed to a high action thriller though, and I'll admit that I won't always object if it isn't 100% realistic.
