  hey! well i'm sorry I don't know how it works on the website. but for the app you just go to a chapter you wrote and go to the edit part and at the top there's a box and it says, "click to add media" then you click "add a photo" or "add YouTube video". for the photos you pick one from your photo galleria and I don't know what happens next for the YouTube video. hope this helps!
