I always wanted to be a writer. It might have happened sooner but I was distracted by a 35-year career in Information Technology. I still contract as an analyst and programmer but I'm finally spending serious time on my writing.



My interest in science probably drives my love of science fiction. Well, that and a childhood of watching The Twilight Zone, Outer Limits, Star Trek and Lost in Space on television. I don't write science fiction exclusively but mostly. So far, it's not a lot of alien monsters and laser guns. For me, the science is just a way to set up the fiction and challenge my characters.



I haven't posted any of these yet (my only post so far is a rare non-sci-fi story called "Out of the Woods").  But I think some sci-fi will make it these pages, soon.
