I grew up working at a Drive-In Theatre, which probably explains my love for science fiction and fantasy, B-movies and cult television.  

I'm a major Doctor Who Fan, and have written two (going on three) books about Doctor Who, called "The Greatest Unauthorized Doctor Stories."  Check them out!

Back in the day, I was invited by the creators of the LEXX TV series (surreal space opera about a giant dragonfly that blew up planet, crewed by a former security guard, an undead assassin and a runaway love slave).  So I learned a lot about  the background processes of film and television production.  These were published as 'LEXX Unauthorized.'

Between my fascination with Doctor Who, my experience with film and television, and an interest in alternate histories and might have beens, I was inspired to write 'The New Doctor.'  I hope you enjoy.

I've just released another novel called 'The Bear Cavalry: A True (Not!) History of the Icelandic Bears.  An alternate history fiction of the Viking domestication of bears and their use as medieval cavalry, told as a Morgan Spurlock style documentary.

Other works include 'Dawn of Cthulhu,' a trilogy of novellas about Lovecraft's cult, lost continents and the biology of muppets;  a collection of short stories called 'Giant Monsters Sing Sad Songs' and many more projects online or underway.
