"Hey Damien," she greeted, her gaze shifting every second, unable to take her eyes off him. "Can you- er- help me?" she questioned shyly, nervously brushing her hair from her eyes. "With homework- I mean," she specified, her cheeks turning crimson. She wasn't shy; just captivated by his appearance, and found herself at a loss of words whenever talking to him; he was too mesmerizing to look at.

Damien turned to look at his fiancee, and he set aside the book he'd been reading, giving her a smile. "Of course, my love. What's the issue with it?"

Audrey knocked Damien's door, having missed him these past few days. Not getting a response after waiting for a few minutes, she let herself in. "Damien?" she questioned slowly, peering the room for her lover.

"Well, if it takes bribery for you to get better, then it's worth it," she said softly, interlocking her fingers with his. "And taking off the blankets is the only way you'll heal," she hummed, leaning down and gently brushing her lips across his jaw.
