Writing since in my teens and having an active imagination, I turned to putting words on the page as an outlet for my creativity. Over the years, characters, places, and events from my stories lived along-side real moments in time and began to serve as mile markers for my creative expression. Now, as an adult, I finally have the time and confidence to share these stories with readers in hopes to not only build a readership following but to hopefully entertain and bring these characters and the events of their lives to life.

In my spare time, when I am not writing fiction, I also write and arrange music, cook particularly delicious from-scratch meals, and spend quality time with my wife. Together we raised four healthy children and are looking forward to being grandparents one day. 

I tend to lean toward science fiction as a genre, but I don't like the stigma that type of story gets, especially because my stories are less about the technology and more about the people. That said, I do write about the paranormal and I'm also a sap for a good love story as well, which is why you will often see love story undertones in much of my work. 

I reside in Michigan where my wife and we were born and raised. If you have never been to The Great Lakes State, you really owe it to yourself to visit in late October when the leaves are changing.
