@Chips_Ships That fear is a big thing which is silly really but I struggle with expectations a lot like if I disappoint someone I'd feel bad. Hopefully we can get back into a groove.

@SalutationsTJ (so sorry for the late reply! I've been having a hard time lately in my personal life) but maybe you could do some chapters in Dan's pov like his thoughts etc? Or maybe he takes the reader somewhere they will both enjoy? Or he sings to her at his place?

If you have any ideas I'd love to hear them- I'm kind of in a writer's block atm
