I have a story idea if you're interested.:
Hades found Percy when he was young. He took pity on him & killed Gabe. He asked Poseidon to've some of his Cyclopes build a construction company near where Percy lives that could be a cover for a location half-bloods could their weapons repaired away from camp. It would scare off any monsters, so Percy would be safe. Hades, Persephone, Rhea & Amphitrite baby sit him from time to time telling him the truth of Greek/Roman/Etruscan Mythology. He will develop a desire for the creation of an Etruscan Camp for the Etruscan Legacies.
He'll convince Poseidon, through Amphitrite, to give Oceanus an apology & a high ranking place in his court, thus removing his motive for siding with the Titans in the 2nd Titanomachy.
Percy would receive armor made with Celestial Bronze, Imperial Gold & Stygian Iron. It takes the form of a hoodie & toboggin, but can become a set of Greek, Roman or Etruscan armor. It was believed that only children of the Underworld could use Stygian Iron, but Percy touched some by accident, revealing children of the sea could use it too.
Percy will receive the blessing of Rhea, Hestia, Oceanus, Tethys, Hades, Persephone, Poseidon & Amphitrite after returning the Thunderbolt.
Rhea & Hestia will force Zeus to give Percy a proper reward after returning the Thunderbolt, before scolding all the Olympians for their bad behavior. Afterwards, the peaceful titans are freed, Persephone can spend the full year with her husband, Hera lets Hephaestus & Aphrodite divorce & Zeus & Hera divorce. Aphrodite returns everything Hephaestus made to him & is inspired by Percy to return to her roots as the Goddess of War, sex & Love that embodies war to protect that was worshipped in Sparta. Ares & Aphrodite break up & he tries to mend his relationship with his brother, Hephaestus, & eldest sister, Athena.
Hephaestus makes Percy & Annabeth each a spear, sword, shield & knife.
