Deb Hoffmann (Fyrecat) is a writer from Ridgewood, NY. She's mom to 23 cats, and has been writing since she was 8 years old.  She's always been drawn to characters who have something unusual about them.
     ROF is based on a dream; she's always felt an affinity for the Fertile Cresent and ancient history-she believes her life then was similar to Nepthys. 
     When she's not writing, she's an artist, Social Worker, and enjoys reading, travel when she can, and of course, cats.
