1. TK got jealous of her talking to her brother. Did I miss them addressing that? I understood the car "stealing" part but I didn't see where that was addressed?
2. I read where you posted the updated about them trading keys is that when it happened?
3. Was the explosion bc of the fight at the bar and being video taped & his enemies finding out about her?
4. If TK is a "mafia" type character how does she get away with her temper tantrums. It make her seem petty & childish. Is she not aware of the serious of her situation being involved with him? For example the fit she threw in the penthouse. I feel like I am missing something. If he is really a hard core bad guy he would only let her pull so much crap. The fight in the penthouse I was like finally he is putting her in her place bc she came across as selfish but I then wondered if I missed something earlier in the book. I know he would not harm women or children but I would think he would only let her push him so far before he "clapped back". I get she went through a trauma but I feel like I am losing connection with her. Is there more coming that explains her family relationship? My understanding is she had a close knit family unit, maybe spoiled, and when her parents died there were issues with Kyle and something happen to him which is why she works with troubled kids. She has a tough exterior developed through life experiences but also a soft "pink" side. Maybe it's not her now that I think about it maybe it's him I am having problems connecting with. I don't know I got lost in the progression of their relationship and the dynamics.
5. How does the David kid fit into this?
The main thing is the relationship. Sorry if that is confusing. I give up social media for lent but I will follow after it's over. I am interested it the evolution of these characters. Is Mercy vol 2 of this story?
