This could impact the way your readers view your other books and could cause readers to question the way you studied the two religions. I find your book about Seventh Day Adventists somewhat offensive.
I would recommend having conversations with Adventists themselves to find out the truth of their beliefs. A true Seventh Day Adventist will not lie about their beliefs or about anything for that matter. They are trustworthy people.
