I'm a 24 yo male. I struggle with mental health, communication and loneliness. I've been writing poems the last couple years to express how I feel since my anxiety hinders me from being honest with people. I'm uploading all my old poems to hopefully get back in the habit of writing, as after my recent break-up they'll likely be my only healthy emotional outlet.
