Okee! Well first, search Pyrobeagle, who is an author. Second, go on one of her stories, then go to her profile, and her Overwatch rp book will be at the top. Finally, go to the form chapter, and my form will be all the way at the bottom. But don't worry! There's not very many comments on there, so you should find it in just 4 or 5 seconds. The form will be broken up into three parts all in a row under each other, since I couldn't fit it all into one comment. Then talk to me in pm so I can get your reply.
