The LORD is my shepherd. I just read psalm 23 where it says the LORD is my shepherd. And I thought, we as Christians here that are whole lives and at least for me I never really thought much about what those words really mean. But there is so much depth to them, so much truth. The LORD is my shepherd. He is our protector, our rescuer, our leading, the One who leads upon the right path. The One who cares for us and tends us day and night, who never leaves us or forsake us. Who takes us out of the enemy's hands. God is our Shepherd. It fills me with awe! And that is only the surface.
The LORD is shepherd, I shall not be in want. He makes me lie down in green pastures, He leads me beside still waters.
