NEW CHAPTER ALERT. I know its late asf don't MIND IT. But hey remember, if your having trouble sleeping just take a deep breath, perhaps get up, grab a snack (not a meal) maybe a honey bun or oatmeal cake heat it up for ten seconds. Pour you some milk (or if your lactose intolerant use water) and drink it. Grab your headphones and put one of those vent playlists on or any music that is calming. Not upbeat or something like "Good loyal thoughts." Lay back, wrap yourself in the burrito blanket and just listen. Close your eyes and let the music take over your midnight thoughts. Sleep well kids (or adults). You need rest! :)
