Another idea. Not a reincarnation.
          
          In the DC universe, a child wakes up in the middle of the night on fire. The entire room he was in was also in flames. In the end, the whole apartment complex was destroyed in flames, and he was powerless to stop it. 13 people died, including his parents. All because of his meta-gene that transformed his body into a living flame. Even when he is asleep, he is on fire. He can’t even speak. And it wouldn’t be for many years that he would finally be released from his special holding cell(that Batman refused to call a room), and actually use his power for betterment of all.

I had an idea. What if a story about a reincarnater wasn’t about  that reincarnater per se? As in, he’s the reason the story is happening but not the main character. 
          
          Anyway, I have an idea about a guy who gets reincarnated as Divine General Mahoraga in Date a Live. But he’s not a Spirit. Or even a human, for that matter! He’s an Angel! The power of a completely new Spirit that Mio made on a whim. He is essentially the crystal that makes her a Spirit. And she can summon him. I can already see the fight against Kurumi, haha. 

I have a question about Cthulhu from Cthulhu mythos is he way stronger than how powerscales depict him as because he was able to use his psychic powers and magic from all the way from the ultimate void and was able to interact with the material sphere
