There was this tkk ff called "brat " . It was a gem. Unfortunately it got deleted and the original author refuse to re publish it :( 
          I wanna read that story again 

There was a story where Tae is super duper rich and have a fiance. JK works in taes house and his mom is a maid. JK develops feelings for Tae but Tae toys with him. Tae invited him to his engagement party where he says that he will confess his love for JK to his father.
          
           But JK gets shocked seeing Tae having a fiance and everyone insults him badly. His father called police because JK created drama at the party. Policeman badly beats JK at the lockup and because JK mom begged tae free his son, Tae felt bad and asked his dad to release JK from the police. 
          
          Later at the night when Tae is at his room, JK shows up there and try to force Tae. But then he comes to his senses when he remembers his mom's crying face. He left from there saying how much he hates Tae. Tae started crying. 
          
          7 years later 
          
          Tae's dad dies in an accident and his mom is left paralysed. His fiance broke the engagement after robbing them off their money. Their financial condition deteriotes. On the other hand JK works hard to set up his business and finally after 5 year's of hardworking he emerges as the top businessman of the country. 
          
          Tae is on the verge to sell his mansion for the medical fees of his mother. Jeon jungkook buys the mansion and is shocked to see his financial condition. Mrs jeon being a kind woman allows Tae to live in the mansion but JK asks him to sign a contract of enslavement
