What to say that hasn't already been said by so many others? I suppose I'm really just an ordinary girl, grown up but wishing she wasn't,  missing the days when she could meet and play with mysterious elven creatures without being told that those days are over.

A girl wrestling with her two great loves - writing and physics - though she knows that writing will always hold her heart. A girl studying physics at university and struggling to keep up with the work because even though she finds it fascinating it leaves little time for writing - yet write she must for otherwise she knows she will never be truly happy. 

A girl who in her darkest hours has fought demons greater than can be found in any fantasy world, but overcame them the only way she knows how; in the way her story books taught her: with sword and flame and fierce courage. A girl who is determined to spend the rest of her life giving a voice to those have none. A girl just like the rest, unnoticeable in a crowd, nothing special.
