I'm Elizabeth Selene, but you can call me Lizzy, Liz, Eliza, Lizard, or Wren.
I'm currently working on a realistic superhero series (quadrilogy? maybe?), and by "realistic" I mean that not every superhero lives in the same big city, problems are not solved by punching crime, and there are no evil sky portals. There are far too many evil sky portals in superhero fiction.
I'm also doing a YA satire that still I need to name and a dystopian story called Camp 11B that I'll post when they're done.
I'm super proud of my book Stone of Light, River of Fire, which is a 1940s era full-length adventure novel. It's basically Indiana Jones meets Jurassic Park meets Cast Away, featuring two semi-functional languages, a Pterosaur pthief, musical monsters, and international espionage.
I've also got a fairy tale retelling or three that will hopefully put a fresh spin on things, but I make no promises. (One of these is already posted but I'm currently doing a rewrite of it, just so ya know!)
Finally (probably), I have a Jurassic World-based comedy series which is essentially "what if the Indominus Rex was just really, really bored?" (My mom thinks it's hilarious. I'm... not exactly sure what that says about it.)
(I cannot guarantee that any of these will ever be posted, as I'm terrible at finishing stories but also refuse to post anything unfinished.)
My books are all "clean," meaning they won't have any swearing or gory stuff or anything that wouldn't pass a PG rating in a movie. Fiction doesn't need that stuff to be awesome!
Peace out, my dudes!
