And this is me, Em Oswell🖤 I welcome you warmly into my weird and messy mind. In our house we embrace all our weirdness👑 being 'normal' is boring, anyway. Isn't it?🤪. I'm a mother, a wife and now... aspiring author✍️🏻.  I have always been an avid reader, finding escape in a book is so healing when your reality hasn't always been kind - give me all the books that make me cry and twist my mind, thank you🙏🏻. My brain is loud and chaotic, I needed to free it so I started spilling it all onto paper. It's been a process😂  The simple facts: I am 31 years old, I live in England🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿... I fear I am a stereotypical Brit - tea and crumpets, yes please☕️🧈😋. True crime girl... got invested in so many cases, I'm talking hours of research - unhealthy? Hell yeah, I thought I would be a journalist or investigator when I grew up🔎 very much 'grown up' now and can confirm, I am neither. I am still very much stuck in the 00s, what a time to grow up, you can't beat the films: the comedies (especially done best), the tacky chick flicks, the horrors - I will never stop re-watching and my music playlist shows that to, it hasn't changed for 15 years, 00s pop-punk and indie, always🎧. All these aspects of myself definitely run through the veins of my book: What was held. Take a read of it and you will see👀🤭.
