@Emerald-Warrior-Cat Honestly, I don't eat that many vegetables as a vegetarian - Vegetarianism is about not eating animals, after all. I recommend checking out tofu and mushrooms - not by themselves, but with lots of seasoning and sauces! There are lots of books out there that teach you how to imitate the umami flavor of meat (I'm assuming you enjoy the taste/texture of meat, not the fact that they come from animals :D)... and, of course, miso is always an option <3
