Everyone has choices in this world. 

Some can be astonishing and some can be miserable, but always remember that with what comes with those choices that you make is that you learn from them.

 When you dilate as person you feel confident and you feel as yourself. 

Remember that when you dilate as a person there will always be people there by your side. As you have these people surrounding you, you feel trust and loyalty towards yourself and them.

Life is always going to have there ups and downs but remember you have to fall down before you can get back up.
