All my stories are finished and edited before I post them.

I like to make original characters (OCs), unless I happen to really love a ship. I treat OCs as reader inserts; they're basically the same thing. An OC just has a name, defined looks, and personality. It's much easier to write this way without omitting everything that defines a person. What even is left?
