Horror that Sticks to your Brain

My name is Erik Gustafson and I am a horror writer. I am married. I have two awesome daughters. I also have two cats and one small fluff dog that is more of a stuffed animal. I like to paint. I was in the Air Force for 20 years and lived all over the world in places like Iceland, Germany and Saudi Arabia. Now I have settled down in Iowa with my family.  I teach psychology courses at a community college and help people with intellectual disabilities.

My two favorite movies are The Descent and Amadeus. I was a huge Star Wars fan most my life too!

Favorite quote is by Maya Angelou “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”

I am working in my third novel. I have had short stories published by Visionary Press, The Horror Zine, Crypto and Co., and Alliterate Ink Publishing.
