To some people, GET TO WORK! She has a theory that when someone is experiencing grief or attacks with any casulties, working may distract them (if the want to/let it). You could also use your grief, anger, rage, sadness, or etc. to channel into a book or something along those lines. She needs comments on her board, pleeease.
