          I'm so sorry for late reply. I just saw your message. Is the issue resolved now?
          
          You can try the following :
          1. Check your birthdate is entered
          2. Mark your story as complete
          3. Remove any picture from the story that is not yours. Not the story cover. But other pictures
          4. Remove any emoji from the story
