@Suspicious_Minds Hey, I actually DO know you. Helen used to always say how happy your messages made her and she introduced so many to your books lol
My sister, as you'd probably know, got a full liver transplant in 2020, unfortunately not a few months later she got major organ rejection and ended up having to be taken to hospital for treatment and more surgeries. She ended up having a massive allergic reaction to the medication and almost died but they managed her back. By mid 2021, she was okay to go home but then suffered the same disease that took her original liver, she was diagnosed with Cohen disease because it was destroying she entire system. She's recovering by taking weekly infusions but she's depressed, lost her newly grown hair and such. She wants to keep writing but her hands shake so hardly, she can't type or press the buttons herself properly. She got mad because of that and sort of just wanted nothing to do with Wattpad because in her words "I'm such a failure!" So I'm trying to help her out, she can button and eat on her own now! So there's light but it's been hard on her tbh. But thank you so much for reaching out, she'll probably cry when I tell her you're checking up on her! Really thank you!!
