Regarding Chapter 123....
no, you didn't read that wrong... no there wasn't a glitch with wattpad... no it wasn't a mistake...
I unpublished chapter 123.
I was so excited for everyone to read it, because I know you've all been waiting...and I know a lot of you have said in the comments that you were wanting to skip the angsty chapters until 123 is posted... and I have noticed my engagement on the recent chapters to be low... I figured everyone would wait to binge it... not skip 5 IMPORTANT chapters ENTIRELY.
I'm not sure if non-fic writers realize how impactful votes and comments are for us writers. It's very motivating to see comments and votes on chapters when we post them, and it gets us wanting to post more and write more!
However, being told that "I'm going to skip all the angsty chapters until ch 123 is posted" is hurtful to see.... I figured once I posted 123 it would all be binged so you wouldn't have to wait... not have the chapters skipped... Chapters 116-122 were SO IMPORTANT to Chapter 123, and skipping any of those makes Chapter 123 less impactful. Theres a reason everything happens in a certain order...
So I have unpublished the chapter. I will repost it eventually...not sure when, but until then I'm pausing all updates on Never Let Me Go. I'm sorry to do this...but this really makes me angry and its very disrespectful...and I hate to punish everyone who enjoys my fic and who has been waiting...but all it takes is one or two people to ruin it for everyone else...
I'm really sorry... Once I'm ready to post again, I will let you all know.

Completely understand, and that’s their loss. The angsty has been so well written. But this is your fic, and they should respect how you write and tell it; and the angsty parts are important too, there not something you can just skip.
