I'm re-posting this because again, it's important. I'll probably post this every month or so, just so y'all remember that you're loved and that someone is always here for you <3
If you are dealing with anything, such as, mental health issues, low self esteem, self harm, suicidal thoughts, or anything else involving harm. Not just physical, but mental too.
I know I'm just a random person online and this might not mean much, but please I beg don't act upon it. You don't deserve it, I promise you that. You DO matter, even if you feel like you don't.
You deserve love, you ARE loved. Do not think less of yourself, because you don't deserve that. You are human too and no one is perfect by any means. Everyone makes mistakes, so don't dwell on yours.
If you have experienced anything caused by another person that makes you feel less than human, or that you don't deserve to be happy, loved, or cared for. You did NOT deserve what you went through and it wasn't your fault, it never will be, so don't blame yourself.
If you do self harm, which can be many things, such as, starving yourself, hitting yourself, downgrading yourself, or any form of harm to yourself, not just cutting. Please know, you don't deserve it, you never will. And it may seem impossible to break the cycle and stop, but it's not impossible, nothing is if you put your mind to it.
I believe in you. You can do it, I know you can, but you need to believe in yourself as well. This goes for more than just self harm. You are loved very dearly, do not forget that.

Hope you too think the same way to yourself that u r loved u are important and don't dwell on the negative things all the time <3
