Do the butterfly project as @sanuli said on your message board. But if you still feel the urge to cut, then pretend it's little mix's butterfly. they love it with all their heart, and if you cut the butterfly, you disappoint little mix. but we love you... xx

          Let's start the #UnicornProject
          1.)If you ever need to cut believe your a unicorn
          2,) Go by the motto of something like "Unicorns can't fly, I can't fly, therefore I am a unicorn"
          3.) If you don't like the first one then if you ever feel the urge to cut, draw a unicorn wherever you were going to cut, and if you happen to cut the unicorn, part of the unicorn in a magical land slowly disappear
          4.)Your beautiful love. Trust me

So i randomly stumbled on your page and I saw that you cut. 
          It's important to know that cutting is something that we can't exactly control. It's not something we can say stop and be stopped. It needs to be helped, I think the best thing for you is to go find help, it doesn't need to be cutting, it can be talking to somebody, just to express your pain. Cutting is not the choice. 
          I hope you get better. ❤

If Little Mix is your inspiration, keep it. To people, they may seem like just some stupid band who wants money. Well they aren't. That band helped when nobody else could. “The Butterfly Project:
          The Rules are:
          1. When you feel like you want to cut, take a marker, pen, or sharpies and draw a butterfly on your arm or hand.
          2. Name the butterfly after a loved one, or someone that really wants you to get better.
          3. You must let the butterfly fade naturally. NO scrubbing it off.
          4. If you cut before the butterfly is gone, you’ve killed it. If you dont cut, it lives.
          5. If you have more than one butterfly, cutting kills all of them.
          6. Another person may draw them on you. These butterflies are extra special. Take good care of them.
          7. Even if you don’t cut, feel free to draw a butterfly anyways, to show your support. If you do this, name it after someone you know that cuts or is suffering right now, and tell them. It could help.”
