Hey everyone,
After a lot of thought, I've decided that I'm planning to delete Ninjago: An Icy Destiny.
Looking back on it, I actually think the writing itself holds up pretty well. There are plenty of scenes, character moments, and ideas that I'm still proud of. However, the overall story has aged poorly in my eyes. The plot became far too messy, stretched out much longer than it needed to be, and eventually lost the direction I originally wanted it to have.
This wasn't an easy decision because this story means a lot to me and many of you have supported it for a long time. But I feel that keeping it up in its current state wouldn't reflect the story I want to tell anymore.
The good news is that this isn't the end of An Icy Destiny. I fully intend to remake and rewrite it in the future. The core ideas, themes, and characters are still ones I care about, but I want to rebuild the story from the ground up with a clearer plot, better pacing, and stronger planning.
Thank you to everyone who read, voted, commented, and supported the story. Your support means more than you know, and I hope you'll be willing to give the remake a chance when the time comes.
