@Romizabooks Truthly, I've lived in a grey area zone for years, and there was one time the bushfire came pretty close to the parkland close to home. I've even driven through one of the hills a short number of years after it happened and saw the after effects from one of the bush fire. Most of the trees were starting to heal and grow leaves, although some of the bark had black scorch marks. I'm always wary every summer season, enever know which direction one may start and wind changing directions. Many parts of the home state of South Australia have been dealing with bush or grass fires. Sadly, the koala population has decreased. :( Most of it is the result of the hot weather or arsonists. One strong hail storm that caused a lot of damage in my home town and nearby areas but also a flood that came all the way from interstate through the Murray River all the way down to Goolwa. I remember during a family trip down to the town, we saw the murky waters enter into the sea.

Important news update about my health: Nearly two years ago, I received concerning news about my oral health and went for a consulting with a dental surgeon to discuss my options. In June 2024 onwards, the symptoms and signs started to appear and got worse. In November, a relative and I called the place and received an email.

This week, I replied back to an email from the place. It was the confronting and scariest thing I had to do. I knew I needed to do it. It was to openly acknowledge the recent symptoms I'd been experiencing for months. Unfortunately, the surgeon who was covering and took on case was unavailable, but they'd ask around.

They contacted my relative today to make a booking. It is official. In late February, I'll be going to my first ever oral surgery to have three of my wisdom teeth removed.

This means that from the date of surgery, I won't be able to write much for the first few days during the recovery process. Any advice is much welcomed and appreciated.

          Wish me luck

Merry Christmas and happy holidays to amazing readers and writer followers here on Wattpad.

I hope you all have a wonderful day and stay safe during this holiday period.

Especially for fellow Australians during predicted hot weather conditions coming through Australia on Chrisrmas Day and Boxing Day. Please keep cool and stay hydrated!

Greetings Traveler,

I see that you found my book "A modded Christmas" and added it to your reading list. I am very grateful for your support so, here- have a bingo chip (PS: I don't easily share my bingo chips but you are special, so I'll give it to you)

Will you be interested in a read for read? You don't have to comment, just reading and letting me know what you think of the story would truly help me since I'm also publishing this book in 10 days in ebook version. The Wattpad version will always be free, however.

This book is a short story and I don't know when I get around to writing longer tales but in any case, if I could read a shorter work of yours - which would that be?

I hope you have lots of fun, regardless!

          Yours Truly,
          Mr. Bingo <3

@mrbingo_ Thank you for the constructive feedback and tips on some of the grammar errors. It was really helpful. Thank you for adding my Christmas story to your reading list. It meant a lot.

I hope you have a fantastic day and an early Merry Christmas!

            Regards,

@Fanficwriter01 Thank you for your kind words, that truly means a lot to me!

I read your work Mistletoe. It was short but very heartwarming. I could picture Melissa and James in the bus and then at the party, and how they ended up brushing against each other. That part was wholesome, kind of like a fairy tale, really. Except for a few grammar tweaks (might I suggest using quillbot or grammarly for correcting the minor mistakes?)

Regardless, it's going on my special reading list because it was super cool!

Hey all.

I recently found out about a fanfic awards 2024 book run by an independent Wattpad user, they put a lot of work into these awards and a great vision to connect readers and writers in the online community together.

As both a reader, a writer, and a short story author. Someone who believes it is so important to give other writers stories the benefit of a doubt and support their stories here on Wattpad and love of diverse range of fandoms. Including during contests and awards.

I nominated silent flames, Blondie, into the awards and voted for it in the Vampire Diaries category. But I also decided to check out other fandom categories, added some to my reading list, and hopefully for one story for each category soon.

The author shared an update this afternoon, and it saddens me to hear what happened within the hours since voting became open. Although it is alright to want to support your favourite authors nominated work during the awards.

However, it is SO important to also give other nominated authors' works a chance, too, in different fandoms for this award. You'll never know when you'll come across a rare gem and meet other readers with a common love of fandoms, too.

Be kind to one another, happy reading, and take care during the holiday season. ✨️ To fellow Aussies, please try to stay as cool as possible during the summer season

          Thank you for reading.
