Oh boy. It's been quite some time since I've posted. A lot has happened! It's been sort of like a whirlwind. But I do have more to post. in the next weeks, I'm hoping to upload and publish five chapters of Omen, (book 5 of the TSS) each week. Entropy is in the works, but progress is slow. if you're still following after all this time, thank you! and if you're new, thank you! despite my absence I've still tried to interact with readers, and I hope to do better by all of you from here on out.

          	Have a great day!

Hi, been so long and cold with the omens and it looks like the giants have taken with their betrayal story being a fluke ... anyways it's just me checking in on you to know how you doing??

Fardariesmai97

@Don_Eros hello. Thanks for checking in, that's very kind. Omens has more to go that's already written, but I am sad to say I have had far too much going on in life to edit and post it. I hope to return, but I don't know when I will be able to do so. Fall and winter have been very rough.

Alllll right! Update time!

It could have been sooner but I am busy as a bee, and my internet has been abysmal the last few days. but, I'm here now!

The first draft of Omen (Book 5 of the Torrent Skies Saga) is officially finished! I even typed 'the end' in it. Now it's on to editing, and eventually posting! Once everything calms down a bit, I'll be posting a few more sneak peaks like my previous one, doing a cover reveal, and maybe another map or two ( should tine permit).

Recently, Moonshadow also won second place in a contest, so I'll be updating the cover to add that sticker in (Still can hardly believe it!)

and, to everyone who has/is reading the series, or adding it to reading lists ,or following me, I'm sorry it takes me so long to say something! I do see you, and I really appreciate you!

Now I'm gonna go have my soup, and get some rest. Hope you all have a great upcoming weekend, and stay cool this summer!

Hey, have you also read Robert Jordan? Your username is screaming "Yes!" at me, but I am not sure if I wouldn't want your confirmation.
I am going through your books and they are absolutely wonderful ♥️

Fardariesmai97

@ColdElena That's an Achievement all on it's own. It took me years to read through the series the first time. It's... a lot!

Fardariesmai97

@ColdElena I have indeed! Going through the Wheel of Time again as an audio book as we speak, actually! It's so nice to find someone who recognizes the term. :)

It makes my day that you're reading and enjoying my books! If you ever wanna chat, feel free to message, and know I adore your support!

“You’ve done a lot of things, in a lot of places. There’s a certain degree of myth to your life, Katerin. Surely you can’t fault them for exploring that.” Telemir’s expression was considering.

“I don’t fault them,” she said. “But they were terrified.”

“You can be incredibly scary, Lady Katerin. Especially when you mean to be.”

“But I don’t mean them any harm."

Telemir waved a hand. “Do you know what they do all day? They live simply. You, no matter how hard you try to, do not. You never will. That’s not to say simplicity is a worse lot, likely, I’d guess you wish for what they have. But to them you are a legend. The stuff stories are made of.”

She stared at him in the dwindling light.

“Was Kryrial terrifying? Was he the stuff of legends to you?”

She pursed her lips, and bobbed her head, her fingers finally ceasing their incessant tapping. “So, their perspective is not so far fetched, is it?” He gestured. “They don’t hate you. They just don’t understand. Everywhere you go that they have heard about is a story mostly devoid of fact, about war and death, love and heroics.” He laughed, a short, nervous thing. “They don’t know that you curse at your furniture in the early morning hours because you heard a noise in the barn and stubbed your toe on the way to investigate.”

Thanks for reading a rough excerpt from Omen! Book Five of the Torrent Skies Saga is coming along swimmingly! (If you liked this, and say so, I would happily post more in the future!)

Love and thanks to all my readers and followers,

Hey everyone! I know it's been a while since I've been able to give an update! But I have good news! The Torrent Skies Saga is Still progressing well. Omen, the fifth book, is being written (with much determination) and I have all the covers for Omen and Entropy (the sixth and final book) ready to go!

We're still in early draft stages, but I promise there is more to come of Katerin's story, soon.

Best wishes to all of you, and huge heartfelt thanks to everyone who has added the Torrent Skies to their reading lists, and has been reading while I've been away.
